Each of our company principals, Judy
and Jay Roth, has over
25 years of marketing and research experience
helping leading consumer
and B-to-B
companies successfully address their strategic and
tactical business issues. A "natural facilitator,"
Jay helps people feel comfortable openly discussing opinions,
behaviors and feelings. Judy focuses on company operations,
field management and helping assure our clients receive outstanding
service.
The decision to primarily
focus on qualitative research
is based on Jay's experiences conducting focus groups,
executive interviews, ideation sessions and in-depth interviews.
He has found his research training, years of experience,
natural curiosity and desire to respectfully reach out to
others combine to create a special chemistry, when he does
qualitative research. People open up, while enjoying the
sharing of their thoughts. Focus group participants thank
him for the experience and facility managers ask what he
did to get the group participants so involved. Clients applaud
his abilities to get people to actively participate in the
focus group discussions and then to turn participants' inputs
into insightful analyses that provide actionable guidance. (See
testimonials page)
These same beliefs and skills led to
research coaching
assignments helping corporate and government researchers refine
their skills related to developing information plans, communications
and customer satisfaction research, and taking a more proactive
role within their organizations.
